Linda Dulye is internationally recognized for using two-way communications and employee engagement to improve performance at some of the world’s most admired companies.
A former change management and communications leader for GE and Allied Signal, Linda founded L.M. Dulye & Co. in 1998 with a business process approach to implementing and sustaining 2-way communication practices. Her firm’s disciplined engagement and measurement methodologies helped Rolls Royce achieve double-digit quality and productivity improvements in its Engine Services Company. The LM Dulye & Co. 2-way communications program designed for Lockheed Martin’s Space System Company was recognized by Industry Week magazine as a best practice, and the firm’s change management approach earned nomination to Fast Company’s Fast 50 Roster.
Linda and her L.M. Dulye & Co. team have developed communication solutions and leadership training programs for a diverse client portfolio that includes Tyco International, Rolls-Royce North America, Schering-Plough, Bobcat, EADS, DRS Technologies, Merck, Waste Management, the Federal Reserve Board, NASA, Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport, Mercury Marine, PaineWebber, US Army Corps of Engineers, Ingersoll-Rand, The Library of Congress, EPA, CIGNA and Blue Cross-Blue Shield. Prior to launching her firm, Linda spent more than 18 years leading corporate communications departments and programs with General Electric, AlliedSignal, Duracell, Public Service Electric & Gas and Grey Advertising. At GE, she helped introduce the Work-Out process, one of the largest and most successfully applied change programs undertaken by a corporation. She worked closely with AlliedSignal CEO Larry Bossidy to launch a global Six Sigma program. Linda started her professional career in journalism as a reporter for daily newspapers in the Philadelphia area.
An accomplished speaker, Linda regularly chairs global communications conferences and employee engagement conferences. Her work in front-line communications is featured in Corporate Communications for Executives by Michael Goodman, The Self Managing Organization: How Leading Companies are Transforming the Work of Team for Real Impact by Ronald Purser and Steven Cabana.
Linda’s passion and involvement extends beyond the communication arena. She is a board member for the Berkshire (Mass.) Humane Society and volunteers extensively in support of animal shelters in New York and Massachusetts, and Greyhound Rescue. She is a proud graduate and enthusiastic sports fan of Syracuse University and serves on the faculty of the Winston Fisher Seminar of Syracuse’s College of Arts and Sciences. Linda holds a master’s degree from Drew University (Mass.), and is an enthusiast of skiing, swimming and spending time with her family (which includes seven dogs, four cats and two birds—all rescued) in New York State’s scenic Hudson Valley.
